Talent Acquisition 

HRD Ingenuity provides professional recruitment services to clients and candidates.  We work with and recruit for International and local organizations with bias in the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) sector. HRD Ingenuity uses the latest recruiting technologies and highly skilled staff who have been in the sector to help you find high-quality staff. We respond to your need to contract long-term and short-term placements from Administrative to Executive positions in the organization.


Our services include advertising, response handling, headhunting, screening, shortlisting, setting up interviews, references, qualifications, and security checks. 


Capacity Assessment 

HRD Ingenuity supports donors/ partners in undertaking capacity assessment of Local Humanitarian Partners. The objective is to identify and assess the local partner's capacity of prospective and current partners. Organizations will be assessed based on different parameters with subsets. HRD Ingenuity will combine different methodologies to come to conclusions on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, capacity-building needs, and outputs.

HRD Ingenuity's approach to compensation and rewards provides a foundation for turning comparable industries' data into an effective pay system. Achieving the correct market position requires understanding internal organizational and external factors.  HRD Ingenuity uses its tools, experience and that of its team to design balanced and integrated compensation and rewards systems and policies that will create the right balance.
