Amin is a Management consultant. He has over 16 years hands on experience working both in Government and in the NGO Sector. Positions held in the NGOs include Regional HR Coordinator- Africa, HR Director North East Syria, Interim Deputy Country Director North East Syria, HR and Admin Coordinator Kenya, Senior HR Coordinator, HR and Office Coordinator Kenya and Project Coordinator Somalia and Sudan.  Before he joined the NGO sector, Amin worked as Head of HR Kenya Meat Commission.
